There have been some wonderful results across all grades this year for Northern Valleys Netball Club. It is so pleasing to see all the players developing and playing to their potential.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Northern Valleys coaches and umpires who give up their time and provide such great direction for our players.

The trivia and bingo nights were a great success, with over $900 raised for the club. I am sure that everyone who participated had a great night, and I would like to thank Bec Dummett for the tremendous effort in structuring, organising and running the two nights. Thanks also to all the helpers who assisted Bec on the nights, without your time and effort these events would not be possible.

The State Championships have just been held at sunny Baulkham Hills Netball Centre. Allyson Urquhart, Ashleigh Robertson and Natalie Franklin from Northern Valleys Netball Club featured in the GNA teams. Jodie Leeson was also selected to umpire at the State Carnival. It is great news that Gosford are the Over 35 and Over 45 Championship Runners Up!! And the 17s' achieved 9th place in the U17 Championships in a very competitive field. Congratulations to all!!
