The BBQ will run from 7.30am to 2.30pm unless we sell out of food early.

As you know many hands make light work. Your Committee would be grateful if each team could supply at least 3 volunteers for the timeslots allocated below. Coaches have also been notified of this and will be looking to confirm volunteer details asap.

What's required from the volunteers?

2 people to take orders, handle money and hand over the food ordered, the others to help cook on the BBQ.

We are also on the hunt for any keen cooks who are able to help out on the BBQ. If you have a spare 30 minutes, we would appreciate your help.

Team allocations are:

Executive committee to set up from 7.00am - it would be great to have some helpers to lend a hand to set up tents and bbqs please.

Stardrops x 3 7.15/8am

Raindrops x 3 8.15am/9.15am

Wildfire x 3 8.15am /9.15am

Fireflies x 3 10.30am /11.30am

Twisters x 3 10.30am / 11.30am

Mozzies x 3 11.00am / 12.15pm

Grasshoppers x 3 11.30am /12.15pm

Rapids x 2 12pm /12.45pm

Hornets x 2 12pm /12.45pm

Buttercups x 2 12pm /12.45pm

Socialites x 2 12.30pm /1.30pm
