Welcome back to our returning #nvncfamily members and to our new members joining our #nvncfamily. Below is all the information you will need to get your registration for the 2024 season done. If you have friends who would like to join our club, please feel free to share the information below.
Registration for the 2024 season are open now until 12pm 10th February 2024. Late registrations will be accepted after grading, should there be places available in teams.
Open Day for 2024 is Saturday 6th April.
Registrations will be online via PlayHQ. If you have a new family member registering with us this year, you can add them to your existing account.
Buy Now, Pay Later
PlayHQ has heard your feedback, and our netball participants will have the ability to make full payment or alternatively to pay in fortnightly instalments using PayPal “Pay in 4” option from January. Effective from 1 January 2024, PlayHQ will be introducing a 1.49% service fee charged to participants on all transactions. If you still have an 2023 Active Kids Voucher to use, they can be used up until 31/1/2024. Don't forget to get your 2024 Active Kids/Creative Kids Voucher from the Service NSW website if you are eligible. Vouchers are available from 1st February 2024 and can be entered during the registration process. If you forget to add the Active Kids/Creative Kids Voucher, please email a copy of your Active Kids Voucher to nvnctreasurer21@outlook.com
For those families that are unable to take up any of the above payment options, at the time of registration, please contact Nicole (Registrar) - nvncregistrar@hotmail.com or Gina (Treasurer) - nvnctreasurer21@outlook.com and we can organise a payment plan with you.
All new players and players transferring from another club within NSW will need to bring their birth certificate to one of our registration days.
Dual player (Juniors also playing in Seniors) is back for 2024 and more details will follow.
The Family discount will be processed as a refund to your account after registrations are complete.

Registration Days
Will be held on the following dates:
Saturday 20th January, 900am - 12.00pm at Adcock Park, West Gosford. Note: This is a come and try day that is being organised by Gosford Netball Association.
Sunday 28th January, 2.00pm – 5.00pm at Adcock Park, West Gosford
Wednesday 31st January, 5:30pm – 7:30pm at Adcock Park, West Gosford
Player Training Day/Come and Try and BBQ
We will be holding a training day on Sunday 28th January from 3:30pm to 5pm at Adcock Park, West Gosford. This is also an opportunity for a friend or family member to come and try netball before they register. We will also be holding a free sausage sizzle at the end.
Club Uniforms and Merchandise
We are asking those that need a new uniform to please attend one of the registration days as we must have our order in no later than the 12th February to ensure we will have the items for opening day.

Grading Day
Will be held on Saturday 10th February from 9am. Age timeslots to be confirmed at a later date.
