2026 Registration Information
Welcome back to our returning #nvncfamily members and to our new members joining our #nvncfamily. Below is all the information you will need to get your registration for the 2026 season done. If you have friends who would like to join our club, please feel free to share the information below.
Registration for the 2026 season are open now until 7pm 7th February 2026. Late registrations will be accepted after grading, should there be places available in teams.
Open Day for 2026 is Saturday 2nd May.
Registrations will be online via PlayHQ. If you have a new family member registering with us this year, you can add them to your existing account.
Payment Options –
PayPal, PayPal pay in 4, Credit Card/Debit Card, ApplePay, GooglePay
Effective from 1 January 2024, PlayHQ introduced a 1.49% service fee charge to participants on all transactions.
If you still have a 2025 Active Kids Voucher/s to use, they can be used up until 31/12/2025. Don't forget to get your 2026 Active Kids/Creative Kids Voucher from the Service NSW website if you are eligible. Vouchers must be entered during the registration process.
For those families that are unable to take up any of the above payment options at the time of registration, please contact Nicole (Registrar) - nvncregistrar@hotmail.com or Gina (Treasurer) - nvnctreasurer21@outlook.com and we can organise a payment plan with you.
All new players and players transferring from another club within NSW will need to bring their birth certificate to one of our registration days.
GNA / NVNC Dual player is back for 2026!
A Dual Player is considered a junior player (must be turning 15-17 years old in Season 2026) that may be granted dual registration to become a member of an additional senior team.
Please email your Expressions of Interest (EOI) for being a dual player for the 2026 season to nvncregistrar@hotmail.com
The Family discount will be processed as a refund to your account after registrations are complete.
Registration Fees for 2026
NetSetGo (U7-U9) - $170
Junior (U10-U17) - $200
Senior (18+) - $220

Registration Days for 2026
Will be held on the following dates:
Saturday 31st January, 9-12pm at Adcock Park, West Gosford.
Wednesday 4th February, 5:30pm – 7:30pm at Adcock Park, West Gosford
Player & Umpire Training Day/Come and Try and BBQ
We will be holding a training day on Wednesday 4th February from 6pm to 7pm at Adcock Park, West Gosford. This is also an opportunity for a friend or family member to come and try netball before they register. We will also be holding a free sausage sizzle at the end. If anyone is also interested in umpiring in season 2026 please come along as part of this training day.
Club Uniforms and Merchandise
We are asking those that need a new uniform to please attend one of the registration days as we must have our order in no later than the 4th February to ensure we will have the items for opening day.
Uniforms are available in Kids and Ladies sizes and are $70ea. Other merchandise range in prices from $5 to $70 each. For full list of merchandise, please check out our website or items are listed below
Grading Day
Will be held on Sunday 8th February from 9am. Age timeslots to be confirmed at a later date.

Umpiring in 2026
If you are 13 years or older and are interested in starting to umpire in 2026, please email our Umpire Convenor Kylie - nvncumpire@outlook.com
